1. Service Refunds
• Refunds may be issued for services that were not completed as agreed upon in the signed estimate or contract.
• If a service was performed but did not meet the agreed-upon standards, we will first offer to correct the issue. If correction is not possible or declined, a partial refund may be considered.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion.
2. Deposits
• Deposits for scheduled services are non-refundable unless canceled at least 72 hours in advance.
• If Bondoc Landscape Solutions cancels a service due to unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will be refunded in full or applied to a rescheduled date.
3. Products and Materials
• Materials purchased and installed as part of a landscaping project are non-refundable once installed.
• If materials are defective or incorrectly installed, we will replace or correct them at no additional cost.
4. Custom Projects
• Custom design services and installations are non-refundable once work has begun. We will work closely with you during the planning phase to ensure satisfaction before execution.
